The Ultimate Goddess is STILL a goddess. I hear so many people who say “Yes, she was a great beauty.” I beg to differ. She was and still is. There’s a reason no one has been able to replace her as Wonder Woman or bring the amazon princess successfully back to any screen. How do you mess with perfection?

Here are some recent photos of Lynda Carter performing for Fashion’s Night Out at the Talbots Madison Avenue Store on September 10, 2009 in New York City. I heart her.

 She’s so gorgeous!

Liu Wen: Who is she?

THIS is Liu Wen. I don’t know what Alien Vessel of Gorgeousness she stepped off of but I just can’t stop staring at this photo from the November 2009 Issue of Allure (US).

>Ultimate Goddess

The ULTIMATE GODDESS is none other than LYNDA CARTER. She doesn’t need special effects like photoshop. She doesn’t need ANY makeup. She doesn’t need hair extensions. She doesn’t even need any hair at all. That’s just how beautiful she really is. I heart her!

That’s the look…

I don’t know about you but I love looking at photos of just the right combination of beautiful hair and beautiful makeup. Something about a total look transports me, even if for a brief moment, elsewhere. Soft makeup and simple hair. Bold makeup paired with an intricate hairstyle. The only limits we have are the limits we set for ourselves. Contrary to what the media will have you believe, you don’t have to be the prettiest to get a gorgeous look. Let’s be honest by admitting that even the ones deemed to be the most beautiful need to be transformed into beautiful swans with the help of  a team of stylists. Hey, I’m not complaining (and neither should you). Just embrace it. I’m a little obsessed with hair and makeup…just a smidgen-not much. Just a whole blog’s worth! Hair and makeup may seem like trickery to some but it’s magic to me.
